Cancellation windows
- 15 or more days before the rental start — full refund of any prepaid amount.
- 8–14 days before the rental start — 50% refund.
- 7 days or less before the rental start, late cancellation, or no-show — no refund.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Under EU consumer law (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to vehicle rental services provided for a specific date or period. The cancellation windows above apply instead.

Date, vehicle, and pickup-location changes are subject to availability and may affect the price.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Security deposits are refunded within 5–15 days after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided there are no charges (fuel, fines, or uncovered damage).
